Read and learn the text “Rudky”

I live in Ukraine. It is my native country. There are many towns, cities and villages in Ukraine. As for me, I live in Rudky. It is a small and beautiful town, not far from Lviv. There are many streets, houses, buildings and squares in Rudky. There are many shops, a market, a supermarket, a school, a kindergarten, a hospital, a policlinic, banks. Churches, cafes, a restaurant, a post office, a bus stop, a railway station, chemists, a stadium, a forest, a park, a Town Council (міська рада) and the House of Culture (будинок культури).

A bus stop, a policlinic, banks, churches, a restaurant, chemists, shops, a market, a supermarket, a Town Council and the House of Culture are in the centre of Rudky.

Our school is not in the centre of our town, but it is new and beautiful. And I am lucky to study here.

The kindergarten is near the school. The stadium and the forest are near the kindergarten.

The hospital is not in the centre of Rudky. It is new and big.

We can see many flowers near the houses in my town. There is a play ground for kids with new merry – go – rounds in the centre of Rudky.

 Rudky is my native town and I like it very much.
